How will I now when my perfume will be delivered?
You will receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, you will be able to track the parcel from departure from our warehouse to arrival at your door.
Our courier service ( Aramex or Courier Guy )will contact you at the contact number you have provided in the shipping address (order notes) before delivery and advise you on when you can expect the parcel.
When sending loved ones a gift, you can add to the suspense by facilitating between our courier company and your loved ones.

I did not receive my complete order?
If a product is missing from your order please contact us immediately for investigation and possible replacement of your product. You need to report any missing items within 48 hours. All orders are packed under surveillance camera.

What happens when a product is out of stock?
We have a constant flow of new products but if a product is in constraint we will inform you with-in 24 hours by email of telephone with expected time of delivery or offer you a full refund.

We have more than 4 years of trading experience with authentic designer fragrance. We are partners with global distributors and deal directly with the original Perfume Houses.

Can I track my order once payment is done?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number shortly after you have placed your order with all the needed details to track your parcel.

What if I give the wrong delivery address?
We ship to the address that you have provided. If you have not corrected the mistake or made us or the courier aware of the mistake the parcel will get delivered to the address on the waybill.
We do not take responsibility for the incorrect address. Please make sure that the address provided is correct.

What if I never pick up my order?
If you have chosen collection rather than delivery then it is your obligation to pick up your order with 6 months. Goods not been picked up will be given to charity.
